Our History

Dragonfly Health was built to solve a persistent challenge in care at home: fragmentation across services, systems, and partners. What began as a focused effort to improve reliability in hospice DME evolved into a national platform connecting pharmacy, DME, and data—designed to support providers as care models grow more complex and more critical. 

2004

StateServ was founded in Tempe, Arizona, to address reliability gaps in hospice DME, beginning with direct delivery and expanding operations across multiple states.

2010

StateServ shifted to a technology-first model, launching a national DME access network supported by proprietary software to manage fulfillment, visibility, and billing at scale.

2018

StateServ acquired Hospicelink, creating a market leader serving 100,000 patients daily, leveraging best practices to support complex, high-quality solutions for end-of-life care.

2024

With the acquisition of Delta Care Rx, the organization established the first scaled model integrating pharmacy and DME, rebranding as Dragonfly Health to reflect a broader care-at-home mission.

2025

Dragonfly Health acquired Enclara Pharmacia, the leading hospice pharmacy partner, deepening its pharmacy expertise and reinforcing its integrated approach across hospice and post-acute care.

Present Day

Today, Dragonfly Health operates as a unified care-at-home platform—connecting pharmacy, DME, and data to simplify workflows, improve outcomes, and translate insight into action.
