With our real-time alerting and automated dashboards, our team identifies and resolves channel anomalies instantly. We are fighting the problems ahead of time and fixing them before a client even realizes something occurred.”
This proactive architecture is reinforced by automated regression testing scripts embedded directly into Dragonfly Health’s deployment pipeline. Within five minutes of any environment release or system update, automated simulations execute across top client channels. These scripts instantly stress-test core patient transactions—including admissions, discharges, and complex medication changes—against each EMR platform to verify end-to-end viability. If a defect is discovered, it is isolated and reverted immediately, maintaining transaction success rates and system uptime exceeding 99 percent.
