In the News: Brittney Jaskowiak Sits Down With Hospice News

In this Voices interview, SVP of Client Success at Dragonfly Health, Brittney Jaskowiak, sits down with Hospice News to share what true client success looks like, how integration creates value across two of hospice’s largest cost centers, and why data, context, and clarity will shape the industry in 2026.

Hospice News: What life or career experiences have most shaped your approach to the work you’re doing today?

Brittney Jaskowiak: I’ve always had a genuine passion for health care paired with a deep interest in organizational growth and scalability. That combination—heart for patients and a head for business—shapes everything I do. It’s why I gravitated to this industry, organization, and role. Every day, I have the opportunity to directly impact the experience patients and families have during a critical time in life while supporting clinicians doing inspiring work.

What does “client success” mean to you?

Client success means owning the full partnership, from onboarding through ongoing and evolving daily and strategic support rooted in deep relationships with account and clinical management professionals. Our clients expect us to excel at the fundamentals, but we aim to go further by building a proactive, consultative relationship. It’s about anticipating needs, aligning on goals, translating insights into action, and being accountable for outcomes. Ultimately, our job is to empower our healthcare partners to provide a quality experience for patients and their families while advancing their organizational goals.
